While pickup is usually never an issue, we are not responsible if your local store denies you from picking up your pairs for any reason. I also understand that purchasing this service does not guarantee any wins or winning ratio and we are not responsible if your entries get filtered. You are paying for BORO INC to make and enter your accounts for a FinishLine release. I understand if BORO INC makes and enters accounts I purchase, there will be no refunds provided regardless of outcome.

If your store doesn’t carry the product in your ZIP, we will enter it in the closest store or refund if there are none

If incorrect size is entered it means your size wasn’t available so we put a random size. We do not guarantee size selection but we do our best to accommodate it

We enter all accounts with middle names to prevent account filtration. If you cannot pickup accounts with middle names, don’t order.

How does this work exactly?

You are purchasing a service that enters verified accounts for Hibbett / FinishLine / JD and ultimately helps you secure select releases for retail in store.
I just purchased accounts, do I have to do anything?

Nope, we take care of all the hard work for you and will enter them automatically to the store you selected. You will be notified if you win. After you win, you must confirm your pair.
How will we know if an account is successful?

You will be email’d automatically if we reserved a pair successfully for you.
Can I pickup multiple pairs at the same store?

We recommend only picking up 1 pair per name to avoid getting flagged / banned.
How many accounts do you recommend?

Usually, about 1-3 pairs is won for every 50 accounts.
